About Us.
Felixstowe Nursery School is a small charity run nursery, we aim to provide a warm and nurturing environment, taking children from two to five years.
We offer free flow play to give children opportunities to explore and be challenged.
We value diversity, inclusion and equality with all parents and their children, enabling them to learn independently.
At Felixstowe Nursery School, we pride ourselves in caring for your child’s individual needs with open, ongoing communication with parents.
Bringing your child to Felixstowe Nursery School is giving them the very best start in life. They can learn alongside other children in a play-based environment which is based on a curriculum to promote learning, development and safety of children from 0-5. See below link for the Early Years Foundation Stage upon which our curriculum is based.
When you join Felixstowe Nursery School, your child has a Key Person allocated to them as their first point of contact.
This key person will complete your child’s learning journey each term and will work with you to help your child achieve their best outcomes.
We understand the importance of strong parent partnerships and have regular informal parents’ evenings and chats.
